Nutrition & Aging

Studies show a strong connection between nutrition and immunity, especially in seniors. By eating nutrient-rich foods, you’re providing nourishment to properly feed good cells (your defensive warriors), so the good cells remain strong to fight off bad cells (the attackers). We’ll go over how eating the right foods will reduce inflammation, improve immune function and promote healing, which will in turn maintain your overall wellbeing.
